Residential Epoxy Flooring For Rooms You Live In
Basements, garages, patios, mudrooms and lower-level living spaces. Residential work is as much about the install experience as the floor — containment, dust control, and a crew that treats the house like a house.
Rooms We Transform Most Often
Any concrete slab inside or attached to the home is a candidate.
Basements
Warm, sealed, moisture-aware finishes that make a lower level feel finished.
Garages
Durable flake or metallic systems that handle vehicles and storage.
Patios And Porches
Textured, UV-stable coatings built for outdoor exposure.
Laundry And Utility
Seamless surfaces that wipe clean and resist standing water.
Design Choices, Sampled First
We build a sample of the exact color, flake blend and sheen so you approve the look before install day instead of guessing from a photo.
Living With The Floor
Sweep, damp mop, and avoid dragging unprotected metal. That's the maintenance conversation.
Residential Epoxy Flooring FAQ
- Is the smell a problem indoors?
- We use low-odor systems where appropriate and ventilate the work area. We'll tell you in advance what to expect and for how long.
- Can epoxy go over a basement slab with moisture?
- Only after testing. If moisture is present we use a vapor-tolerant primer or recommend addressing the source first.
- Does it feel cold or hard underfoot?
- It's concrete, so it's firm. Satin topcoats and area rugs are common in living spaces.
